Cancellation Policy:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. A full refund, less $75 USD administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received on or before 12 May 2021; refunds will be processed after the meeting. No refunds are granted if cancellation is received on or after 13 May 2021. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing no later than 15 days after the last day of the meeting.
