Welcome to the ISSVA World Congress 2024!
The International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies (ISSVA) will host the ISSVA World Congress 2024: The Latest in Vascular Anomalies (formerly the Workshop), in the vibrant city of Madrid, Spain. The Congress will take place from 7-10 May 2024. Madrid is an exceptional location for this World Congress, offering a blend of rich history, culture, and modernity. It will be an exciting opportunity for professionals in the field of vascular anomalies to gather and exchange knowledge, underscoring the importance of global collaboration and innovation in addressing vascular anomalies.
The Scientific Program will be a venue to present the latest advances in research and science in vascular anomalies. It will also feature an introductory Primer course and interesting cases that attendees can participate in to increase their knowledge in the fundamentals and advanced topics in the field. The ISSVA World Congress 2024 will provide a multidisciplinary forum for many specialties including, but not limited to, interventional radiologists, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, otolaryngologists, oncologists, pediatricians, pediatric surgeons, hematologists, and pathologists and affiliated disciplines like nurse practitioners.

Our 2020 virtual meeting had over 80 oral presentations and more than 125 posters. In 2022, our hybrid in-person/virtual meeting in Vancouver provided our delegates the opportunity to hear 97 oral presentations and view 240 posters. We expect the Congress in Madrid to surpass these figures and hope you decide to be a part of this important meeting.
